Kimmo Rosenthal (The Little Patch of Yellow Wall) has turned from a career in mathematics and teaching to writing. His most recent work has appeared in Indefinite Space, The Decadent Review, The Fib Review, After the Art, Hinterland, The Dillydoun Review, and is forthcoming in BigCityLit. He also has a Pushcart Prize nomination and is a non-fiction Staff Reader for Ploughshares.

North and South by Helen Tookey

Helen Tookey (North and South) is a poet and writer based in Liverpool, where she teaches creative writing at Liverpool John Moores University. She has published two poetry collections with Carcanet Press, Missel-Child and City of Departures, and is currently working on a third. She is collaborating with writer and musician Martin Heslop on text and sound work developed from a residency in 2019 at the Elizabeth Bishop House in Great Village, Nova Scotia, and is also working on a creative non-fiction book about her engagement with the work of Malcolm Lowry and Elizabeth Bishop and, through them, with place and landscape.

Partisans and I Remember by Ian Seed

Ian Seed (Partisans, I Remember) teaches Creative Writing at the University of Chester, and has lectured in Italian language and literature. He is a poet, critic, fiction writer, editor and translator. He has published a number of collections of poetry and prose, including five full-length collections with Shearsman Books, the most recent of which, New York Hotel (2018), was selected by Mark Ford as a TLS Book of the Year.

Gerard Sarnat, MD, (Apocalypse Then and Now) has won the Poetry in Arts First Place Award and Dorfman Prizes, been nominated for a handful of recent Pushcarts/ Best of Net Awards and authored Homeless Chronicles, Disputes, 17s, and Melting The Ice King. Kimmo Rosenthal (Helvetia) has been teaching mathematics for over three decades. In the last halfdozen years he has turned his attention from mathematical research to writing.
